Operations Director
Village Chapel is accepting applications for an Operations Director who will equip Village Chapel to reach out and raise up disciples for Jesus Christ by leading Operations through overseeing Finances, Human Resources, Facilities, and Communications. The Operations Director will collaborate with the church leadership to implement and execute a strategic operational plan to realize the Village Chapel Vision and Mission.
The Operation Director must have a contagious relationship with Jesus Christ, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. We are seeking a self-motivated person who is detail minded, adept in logistics, managing teams, and project timelines.
Village Chapel is a vibrant biblical church of 450+ people located in Ashville, OH (13 miles south of the Columbus outer belt). Village Chapel is intentional about following the model of Jesus in the Gospel to connect with disciples; helping them gather for worship, grow in community, and serve others in order to equip them to share Jesus with the people in their lives.
