High School Events &  Retreats 

Fall Events (2022 schedule is coming) 
  • After Homecoming Event- VCYM hosts a After Homecoming event for High Schoolers to have a safe place to go after Homecoming. High Schoolers can hang out, eat food, play, and learn about Jesus. 


Spring Retreat (2023 schedule is coming) 
  • Guy's Retreat-The guys retreat is focused on helping High School guys know and grow in their relationship with Jesus by participating in a hands on activity that teaches them Biblical lessons. 
  • Girl's Retreat - The girls retreat is focused on helping High School girls know and grow in their relationship with Jesus. The retreat has hands on activities, general worship sessions, and breakout sessions for individual topics.  

High School Summer Mission Trips
  • Summer Mission trips are a great way to get to know, grow, and go in a High Schoolers relationship with Christ. For one week High Schoolers are challenged to use their knowledge of Jesus and their gift, talents and abilities to minister to people in the name of Jesus.

High School LifeGroups
(small groups) 

  • LifeGroups (small groups) are focused on helping High Schoolers live out Biblical community & Bible discipleship, by meeting together in person and diving into God's word together. All meetings take place in the youth building  located on the east end of Village Chapel's campus. Look for the purple flag.  All adult LifeGroup leaders have been federally background checked and are safe sanctuary trained.   
Weekly LifeGroup (Small Group) meeting times:
Sunday Morning Small Group- 9am-10:15am (starting September 11th, 2022) 
Sunday Night- 6pm-8:00pm (times will may differ throughout the year)

HIGH SCHOOL SERVING OPPORTUNTIES

Village Chapel Church has numerous ways for High Schoolers to use their gifts, talents, and abilities. The picture above is a photo of High Schoolers using their God given abilities to serve others a meal. We want to make sure that each High School youth is serving in their area of ministry that God has called them to.  Please email Josh Riffle below to set up an appointment to talk through ways to serve at VC.
